Skills Communication’s Communication Directors all have worked for more than 20 years in large groups and have the experience of multiple clienteles (institutional, distribution, retail); they have faced all communication situations and know how to react with maturity and practicality.
A company may need the temporary support of a Communication Director in many occasions but it does not necessarily know the existence of this service and its adequacy with its needs.
The SKILLS DirCom’s can advise and supervise the action of the communication teams in place and help to structure a team, replace a manager, make a leader emerge and install good practices (training, organization, process, recruitment, search for external experts…).
Having led international teams and implemented communication strategies covering many countries and using all possible communication vectors, they bring their creativity and expertise while being project architects and team coordinators.
The seconded DirCom intervenes partly on site at the client’s office to take the brief, support and coordinate local teams if necessary. Remotely, he will mobilise and coordinate the necessary external experts and set up the organisation and processes required by the mission.
Depending on the mission assigned to the seconded DirCom, it will be budgeted either on a time spent basis or on a fixed price basis. The costs of any external experts that may be required to complete the assignment will be added.
The seconded DirCom can be the client’s representative for any communication issue.
